Industrialising visual production for large accounts

When a retailer produces several thousand visuals a year, with several supplier studios, dozens of sample suppliers and a DAM to feed, the spreadsheet stops holding. Alpha studio gives the whole chain one measurable, traceable circuit — from the collection plan to the file delivered into the PIM.

At scale, every friction multiplies

What is bearable on fifty visuals becomes unmanageable on five thousand.

Spreadsheet tracking

One tracking file per campaign, several versions in circulation, and a truth that exists nowhere.

Several supplier studios

Different working methods, different naming, uneven quality and no objective basis for comparison.

Supplier logistics

Hundreds of references expected from dozens of suppliers, with no visibility on what actually arrived.

Retouching circuits

Clipping goes to a supplier, comes back, has to be re-approved — all through manual transfers.

Feeding the DAM

Approved visuals waiting for a person to file them in the right place, in the right format, under the right name.

No figures

No way to say what a visual really costs, or where the lead time is being lost.

One circuit for all your brands

The workflow is configured after your real organisation — not the other way round.

  • Bulk import — the collection plan exported from your PIM creates every slot in the campaign in one operation.
  • Guidelines imposed on every studio — the Road Book is the same for each supplier, season after season.
  • Two-level approval — artistic and technical decide separately, each on their own scope.
  • Automated retouching and clipping — files leave and return on their own, whatever the number of suppliers.
  • Direct delivery into the DAM or PIM — remote FTP drop, at the format and naming your target system expects.
  • Separation by brand — several retailers or brands in the same tool, without suppliers ever crossing paths.
  • Management indicators — volumes, lead times per step, first-send approval rate, performance per supplier.

A scoped deployment, not an IT project

Scoping

We describe your real circuit: who briefs, who shoots, who approves, who retouches, where files go. That description becomes the configuration.

Configuration

Media types, approval steps, profiles, suppliers, delivery channels and the CSV import template are put in place.

Training per profile

Each role is trained on its own scope, in sessions of a few hours — not in a three-day seminar.

A first pilot campaign

A real campaign serves as a full-scale test before roll-out.

Roll-out

The other brands, studios and suppliers join the tool. Support stays reachable by email and phone.

Frequently asked questions

The application runs in production on volumes of several thousand media per campaign, at retail chains and manufacturers. More than a million media have been delivered to date.

Yes. Each studio gets its own profile and scope, under the same guidelines and the same approval circuit. The indicators then let you compare them objectively.

No, it feeds it. Approved files are dropped automatically onto your DAM, PIM or document system by remote FTP. A built-in media library is available for organisations that have no DAM.

A one-off setup fee, then a flat monthly subscription covering platform access, hosting and application maintenance. Users are unlimited.
