A packshot shoot almost never stalls on the photography: it stalls on the sample that has not arrived. Alpha studio keeps the list of products expected for each image and shows the state of deliveries live, for the studio and for the client alike.

What the module does

Know what is missing before the shoot day

Logistics is attached to the slots: every visual knows which references it is waiting for.

Product list per image

A lifestyle shot can bring together fifteen references: they are all listed on the slot concerned.

Check-in on arrival

The logistics team ticks samples off as they reach the studio. The information is immediately visible to the whole team.

Progress counter

"18 samples received out of 24": the state of the project is readable without opening a single box.

Missing items highlighted

References not yet received are isolated in one click, so they can be chased with the supplier or the department concerned.

Returns & outbound

Tracking does not stop at delivery: samples leaving after the shoot are traceable too.

Transparency for the client

The end client sees the state of logistics for themselves, which removes most of the chasing phone calls.

The reference list arrives with the project's CSV import, or is completed image by image.

As parcels arrive, the studio ticks off the samples present directly in the application, from a desk or a tablet.

Shoot what is ready

Images whose samples are all present are flagged as shootable: the studio schedule is built on facts.
