A slot starts out empty, fills up as the project runs — and tells you everything that happened to it.

Bulk creation from CSV

A CSV exported from your PIM, your ERP or a spreadsheet creates hundreds of slots in a single operation, metadata included.

Up to 99 versions per media

Every new upload becomes a version. The full history stays viewable and comparable, without overwriting the previous file.

File names checked automatically

The application checks the names of uploaded files and attaches them to the right slot on its own. Filing mistakes disappear.

Status always visible

To produce, uploaded, awaiting approval, approved, in retouching, delivered: the state of every media is readable from the project list.

Filters & search

Filter by status, media type, photographer, supplier or date to isolate exactly what is blocking.

Prepare the list

A CSV export from your system (PIM, ERP, spreadsheet, list of reportages) describes what has to be produced: reference, label, shot type, metadata.

Import

The import creates every slot in the project at once, with fields already filled in. No re-entry.

Complete the brief

Each slot receives its rough, its framing note and, where relevant, its logistics information.

Follow progress

The dashboard shows live what has been produced, what is awaiting approval and what has already been delivered.
