Companies, roles and permissions

A media project brings together people who must not all see the same thing: a clipping supplier has no business in the logistics, an elected official does not need source files. Alpha studio grants each person exactly the scope their job requires — across several companies working on the same platform.

Everyone in, but not everywhere

Permissions are what makes it possible to invite a client and a supplier into the same project without either of them seeing what does not concern them.

Unlimited users

Photographers, art directors, logistics staff, suppliers, clients: invite as many people as you need, at no extra cost.

Rights per profile

Each profile sees and does what its role requires — and nothing more.

Scope per project

Beyond the profile, access is granted project by project: an external partner joins one campaign, not the whole account.

Traced access

Who uploaded, who approved, who downloaded and when: activity is logged and remains auditable.

Companies & cooperations

Brand, in-house studio, agency, photographer, retoucher, printer: each company gets its own space and its own file drop. You decide who cooperates with whom, and therefore who sees what.

Rights down to the action

Permissions are set per profile down to the single gesture: propose, approve technically, arbitrate, reinstate, remove a watermark, export.

Per-project accreditation

Beyond profiles, each project names the companies allowed to produce, to approve and to view. A supplier only sees its own work.

Dedicated instance

Each customer gets their own instance and their own settings: active modules, watermark, formats, vocabulary and approval circuits.

Hosted in France

Files and metadata are hosted and secured in France by ATE, with a daily backup.

GDPR compliant

Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation: traced access, controlled retention periods, right to erasure.

Set up once, adjusted as you go

List the people involved

Who produces, who approves, who delivers, who consults — inside the organisation and outside it.

Define the profiles

Each role gets a profile that matches what it actually has to do, in your own vocabulary.

Invite without counting

Users are unlimited: no one is left out of the tool because of a licence.

Adjust over time

Profiles and accreditation change as the organisation changes, with the history of past actions preserved.

A critical subject as soon as externals are involved

  • Retail groups — several supplier studios on the same account, each blind to the others.
  • Public bodies — departments consult the library without reaching production.
  • Agencies — the end client approves without seeing the agency's internal exchanges.
  • Studios — give a client access without opening the whole back office.
  • IT departments — one single logged access point, rather than uncontrolled file sharing.
  • Every organisation — an extra user costs nothing, so nobody is left outside the tool.

Frequently asked questions

No. Users are unlimited and cost nothing extra: it is a principle of the product, not an option.
